You know it is coming, but you do not know when. The agent is ringing

around to all the sports clubs who are saying no. Some are offering below-
market value contracts, and others are saying, ‘Not yet’. You and your family

are in a holding pattern, a bit like planes hovering around our airports waiting
to land! You are in a familiar way that many athletes go through when you are
on the cusp of playing another year or about to retire. You do not know it is
coming, but when it does, there is a sense of panic. That is when you should
take control and start to plan your next move.

Taking control of your thoughts is vitally important. How you feel about
yourself and those around you, and how to be self-aware of what is
happening. However, when you start to try to take control of your thoughts
and remain focused on one step at a time, it is easier said than done. Daily

Losing your job, to becoming retired young or just let go from a job is hard going.

Your attitude in any major problem is the first thing you can control to
help you maintain a higher assurance and stability. When we go through a
crisis, we question our thinking and sink into fogginess. We have to shake this
off. No one understands what's going on inside, and the inner critic is at its
highest point. Your inner voice constantly berates you.

Take control, write the facts down on paper, talk to people get help-that's Attitude.
